Find the right home for you.

With a new build comes a 10 year warranty from a building council, this will cover any defects that may be found within the structure of your home. This ideal reassurance benefits all, as you won’t have to hand over more money once you’ve made an investment in your new build. This warranty will be covered by the the construction team for the first couple of years and then by the National House Building Council (or similar) for the eight years afterwards. 

White goods.

It may also be the case that your property includes white goods and if this is the case, these also tend to have an additional warranty too.
